  1. Any written information on what the changes are? I’m curious what the practical differences needed to be.

  2. Great news!
Women need to feel at ease as well in order to perform at 100% of their potential while being involved in activities on the front.

  3. In the U.S. Army I had to wear body armor that was only one size too big for me for a while and let me tell you it fucking sucked.

Instead of the top straps of the body armor hanging from *between* your shoulder and your neck it hung further out from the *top* of my shoulders. This meant anytime my shoulder articulated it had to do so under the full weight of the armor. It was especially annoying when you have to raise your arm up for any reason. I was the radioman in my platoon so imagine how many times a day I had to raise my arm up to hold the receiver to my face. I just started inserting the receiver into the webbing of my helmet. My shoulders still click because of that fucking armor.

So I imagine that these ladies are dealing with this same issue and since women don’t have wide shoulders it’s probably even worse.
