

I returned from holiday in Helsinki a week ago and was craving these ever since. I rarely bake, so I was a bit hesitant they wouldn’t turn out well. Two hours later, I was awarded with this and damn, I’ve never been so proud of anything I‘ve baked so far.

As a native I have to ask how did you manage to make the “wrinkles” so perfect? I’ve understood that they require surprisingly high skills to actually master.
