I don’t know anyone who speaks Picard, Lorrain, Walloon, Champenois or Limburgish, it’s either Dutch or French, and also why on earth is Brussels represented as Dutch speaking? It’s mostly French and English speakers.

If you’re gonna differentiate Franconian Dutch and ‘South Gelderish’, you should at least seperate Flemish and Dutch.
I can also confirm that Zeeuws-Vlaanderen does not speak the same West Flemish as in Belgium.
