  1. It’s always been pretty rife, especially in some units. A lot will see it as an easy means of getting out despite the consequences. I have little tolerance for drug use in certain professions, the military included, and I’ve always been pretty disgusted at the hypocrisy displayed when individuals pick up, for example, drink driving convictions (sometimes multiple over a number of years) and are allowed to soldier on.

  2. We need to ask why British society is producing people who cant function without narcotics.

We have internet, social media, gizmos, tech, food on delivery etc. We have all the modern creature comforts we could only dream of 30 years ago. But yet… people are so stressed they needs drugs.

What is British society doing wrong, for our kids to end up like this?

  3. Have seen good soldiers fail a CDT and be kicked out. The army really need a rethink. Smoking a bit of pot should not be discharge worthy. Yet we keep guys that get drunk and glass people in the face “Looking at you Nick, you POS!!!”
