This is in Alpe Foppa to/from Monte Tamaro peak in Ticino. Sometimes it appeared as yellow on blue, sometimes yellow on its own. I am aware of blue being the “blink blink danger” color in Switzerland – is this related? This is the last 20m or so of the ascent and it did involve some very focused scaling/climbing of large sharp rocks.
