So they say that financial literacy is something very important and in need of improvement. I checked out the research – published by Latvijas Banka. It seems this is the institution responsible for it in Latvia (by law, no less). Well this is something new – index values in regions grouped by genders and age, cities by language. Perhaps flaws in research? Typo? Can I trust the rest of the research?
