  1. VRT
“A VRT test means an examination of a vehicle carried out by a licensed Tester in order to certify that it is in a roadworthy condition and meets the established standards. A licensed Vehicle Tester means a competent person who has been licensed by the Transport Malta to inspect and certify vehicles as roadworthy.”

  2. Use the ‘clock’ in parking areas that are time limited so the warden can see when you arrived.

  3. On the right is when your insurance/road license expires. Given by the gov.

On the left is a time card for when you use a timed parking space. You just mark the time you parked on the card and the warden checks that to the time you can spend in the space. (there’ll be a sign clearly showing it’s a timed spot. They’ve been becoming less popular as of late I think)

  4. Just curious. How old are you? These things used to be standard in every country I ever visited 20+ years ago.
