Fucking finally . The fine needs to be the price they were taking off the undocumented sod plus market rates for the job role / housing multiplied by how big of a landlord / business they are .
Anything less is making it legal if you do enough of it or are rich enough it’s a rounding error off profits .
And all the cash needs to be put to building actual social housing that won’t be sold off and then rented back at 4x the price
