  2. The unnecessary government lockdowns sure did cause a lot of damage. The lockdowns also saw Irish inflation rise to 5% which contributed massively to the current cost of living crisis. This was before the Ukraine war even started.

    There needs to be a formal investigation into the damage that Irish lockdowns caused, the government need to learn from their mistakes.

    I am sure there were many people on here that bought into the lockdowns due to the media scaremongering at the time but its about time you admit to yourself that the government got it massively wrong.

    It’s nothing to do with the pandemic, it’s problems that have been in the making for decades.
