What are the implications of an anti air missile tracking you from 40km away. That seems like you should have a lot of time for defensive actions. Maybe not for a helicopter?
Assuming this is the longer range one, the south just got a lot more interesting. Ukraine may be able to counter the KA-52 longer range launches
Will be interesting to see if Ukraine have the balls of steel required to deploy one of these close to the frontlines.
If so, any Russian helicopters trying to hit Ukrainian armour are going to die.
