Bicycle parking rules

Hi there,

Is it common to park this kind of motorbike in the bicycle parking of the apartment? Initially I was a bit surprised seeing a wheelbarrow parked here for several moths but thought “okay”.
But today I saw this motorbike parked on “our” place, even though there were helmets hanging on the wall. Now I totally understand that there’s no dedicated places in bike parking but everyone has its own parking places, which is an unwritten rule.
What would you do if this is not okay to park motorbikes here?
