I personally would like to hear when Ukraine will issue Letters of Marque to anyone to sabotage Russian Black Sea shipping
Making Insurance on ships heading to Russia’s Black Sea ports impossible and greatly smashing Russian profits on Oil and Grain.
If Ukraine can sort out a way to ship (perhaps via Romania) then the only people the Russian withdrawal from the Grain Treaty can hurt will be themselves.
Russia’s only options are through China or the Baltic – neither of which make economic sense
