Most likely a top up package given how small the value is compared to other packages.

Why do I never read that Europe gives a few billion. let them give the money they put in nitrogen to Ukraine in the form of good weapons.
Given the small number, I’m guessing this is just going to be additional 155mm shells, DPICM, some vehicles, some Javelins, Stingers, maybe a few more missiles for NASAMS and Patriot.
We’re starting to get into dangerous territory for our own supplies when it comes to missiles and artillery. We didn’t think we’d be in any artillery slugfests anymore. We’re planning to ramp up production, but in the meantime we’re dangerously low
The Ukrainian-American friendship is growing into a brotherhood that will transcend this war. As an American I’m proud we’re an ally of Ukraine. The Ukrainians will win this war and then go on to stun the world in their recovery as they become an economic powerhouse.
Ukraine’s GDP will exceed Russia’s within lifetimes of the Ukrainian heroes fighting this war. Looking forward to visiting.
