Wondering how many “young sudden deaths” the antivaxxers are nuts about are actually cocaine triggered? Is toxicology report a part of the inquest normally? Some would have a longer lag between the consumption and the damage I suppose.

Anyone who takes cocaine is a fucking idiot.
Almost like legalising and taxing it (worldwide) would mean people could make informed decisions about the purity of the cocaine, seek stigma free help, proper advice as to cocaines interactions with their current health status etc. as the current system is clearly stopping nobody. They’ll wake up one day, just a shame how many bodies will have to drop before then.
People have taken substances to enhance or experiment with their psyche’s for thousands of years, and always will. This subs moralistic finger wagging calling cocaine users “idiots” is unhelpful and honestly ironic considering this countries massive problem with alcohol.
I say 95% of those coke strokes are with people with a substance misuse disorder, not exactly idiots as everyone is saying here. It should be noted that cigarettes and alcohol account for far more more strokes due to prevalence. The treatment is the drug treatment centres, SMART meetings located around the country and the services arent as limited as the HSE MH services. Free counselling also.
