A friend of mine is coming back from Germany so I ordered something online through him. They were supposed to ship via DHL from Schwelm to Leonberg so I was thinking DHL is a good company so they will ship the parcel soon as his flight is on 11th August.But I am surprised and now worried that even after 24 hours of collecting the parcel, the parcel has not been sent to the destination.
If I compare it with the courier company (TCS Courier) of my country, you will also be surprised.I send a parcel from my city to another city (which is 1050 km away from me) so they charge me rs 550 (1.72 euro) with box and flyer, and at 6 pm the company collects the parcel from all branches. And it processes it at 8 o’clock and sends it to the destination and the parcel is also delivered 1050 kilometers away from me During 12 noon to 2 o’clock the next day.
This distance is more than 90 kilometers from the border of Denmark (Ellun Autobahn Germany )to the border of Austria(Fussen Germany) Route 7. While here in Germany dhl has charged 4.9 euro (1476 rs) which is 3 times more and at the same time the distance is 3 times less 398 km bus and even after 24 hours they did not send the parcel.
