I’m from the US, looking for a Polish job so I can move to Poland. At first I was applying to both US (contract) jobs as well as Polish jobs, because I learned about a Polish incubator that helps self employed people legalize their stay in Poland, but finding a US job that will let me work from Poland is near impossible. What are some Polish job boards I can look at? I am still learning Polish. Even better, does anyone know anyone hiring that can maybe give a referral? I would really appreciate it!

Really? I thought remote is remote and they don’t care unless it’s a security issue. As long as you’re in US at the start of the employment why would they care if you travel or not? Maybe work for a smaller US company that isn’t strict about the location?
If you had added information that you’re currently located in Poland then I’m sure you would get more responses. Companies don’t want to take unnecessary risk, a promise that you will travel to Poland once you get the contract doesn’t sound good. Bullshit your way that you lived in Poland with your girlfriend but had to go back because your visa expired and now you’re temporarily back in US.
Also do you really need to legalize your stay in Poland? You can stay up to 3 months and that’s definitely enough to find a job for senior software engineer.
What if you won’t like Poland and you’d like to fly to Portugal instead? It makes little sense to work for Polish company.
LinkedIn is the best for IT in my opinion.
