  1. Bloody Hell.. In 40 years of work I have never been touched inappropriately by anyone – maybe a drunk woman sitting on my lap uninvited but that’s it. I accept that women face completely different situations at work and in life in general but is this what it means to be an out man or is it just the toxic culture of the commons??

    Totally normal work place…

    There are two options in my view – you either embrace the history and the tradition of the whole thing, in which case you ensure that the individuals are involved ensure they live up to the responsibilities of that; or you just gut it all and start again, in which case you’d still have to ensure people act appropriately anyway.
