Hello guys i have stupidly signed 2 year contract with primetel back in December for the unlimited Giga offer which is €20 per month and that was when i was residing in LARNACA Finikoudes area and it was great but since i have moved to Tersefanaou the best i can get is H+ and the internet connection strenth is very terrible only suitable for browsing and watching some Youtube videos and when i have tried to cancel my subscription primetel representative insisted that i have to pay the reminder of the contract or they could arrange something and i pay 50% of the reminder of the contract, which i refused right away and i am stuck with €20 charge on my card every month, so is there anyway to get out of this, since last month cablenet fireoptic WiFi became available at Tersefanaou and i installed it right away also at work i have wifi so i am literally paying that €20 just because i have to so, any suggestions are welcome.

I think if you change telcom provider and transfer your number you can get out of the contract. But ask both your representative and the new provider just to make sure or else you will end up paying two subscriptions. 😅
