A couple of little psychopaths by the sounds of the eye witnesses.
Sad thing is I’ve seen this happen before in a community garden. I think what’s possibly worse is the fact everyone knew who did it, but the police wouldn’t accept the reports, and we weren’t allowed to use cctv footage as “that would be an invasion of privacy”. What about the duck’s privacy when he was sat chilling in his little house! 🤬
