Building profiles .. required for proposed new buildings / objects so neighbours can get an idea of whether the building will obstruct their view .. and then potentially submit an objection ..
Used to work for Orange (now Salt) rolling out 1000s of new mobile phone masts (early 2000s) .. we had to put these up for each new site ..
