I think catastrophic is a word that gets used a little too easy in most cases. But it seems to be very appropriate here.
Nevermind having that information in an unsecured spreadsheet… Having it in such a way that its even possible for it to end up online is a major fuckup.
The fact that it was down to someone posting the wrong spreadsheet is pathetic. Come on, you need to have more safeguards in place so that can’t happen.
