COVID is going to be more of a seasonal thing (like the flu). We’re going to have sporadic outbreaks of it until it inevitably peters out. The fact that most people have been vaccinated will help in dealing with any new COVID variant. At least I hope it does, because I don’t particularly want to return to lockdowns.
We should have never lifted the restrictions.
Government said everyone’s inital VAX expired after 9 months and the majority of the population has not maintained booster shots so by the governments own standard the majority of Ireland is unvaccinated.
