Hello dear Lithuanians,
Have you bought any items with [varle.lt](https://varle.lt) in Lithuania? what is your experience? what do you think about the quality of the products that they sell? Have you had any problems with 14 days return policy?

My story:
I was in Kaunas and decided to buy a PC to support local businesses and ensure easy warranty support. I got an **Intel NUC 12 extreme barebone** and an **ASUS 4060ti GPU** from varle.lt. Upon assembling, I noticed smudges on the CPU cooler [https://imgur.com/7tjamNJ](https://imgur.com/7tjamNJ) but I didn’t mind. With RAM and SSD in place, I went to install the GPU.
My choice of GPU was based on Intel’s specs: 2 slot thickness, 12 inch length GPU ([https://imgur.com/s3YN6oN](https://imgur.com/s3YN6oN)). However, the GPU didn’t fit as I realized too late. One thing I did was, before finding out it wouldnt fit, I removed the plastic protection film. But I was afraid they will ask for it again when returning and I tried to put it back. the plastic film was little bit dusty. I returned it the next day. Then varle said they will inspecte the GPU and it would take 1 week time. But the next working day, I received a vague message through sms: “Sveiki, [Varle.lt](https://Varle.lt) serviso paslauga nr. xxxxxx uzbaigta. Prasome atsiimti preke/dokumentus adresu Savanoriu pr. 290, Kaunas”. I was not sure what this message means. I did not know what to document to collect again. I thought it was some automated message and assumed everything was fine. I waited one week thinking I would get refund. Then I called the customer care and they said the GPU had micro scratches and hair. The GPU was totally not resalable state.
The pictures from their report:

This is ridiculous. For sure I know I did not do any rough handling for the GPU as it took me max 2 minutes to figure out that the GPU was too thick enough to fit in the PC. The only mistake I did was to trying to put back the plastic protective film back. maybe the hair got stuck on that.
When I went to collect the GPU, these were the micro scratches I found:

I have worked as a computer technician for few months and I have been a tech hobbiest since I was a kid. I assemebled many desktops PCs and I can easily change thermal paste, clean dust vents from in laptops and lot of other things. I still have a HP laptop that I bought back in 2014 that still works because I take care of it like my baby. I am so confused when they said they found thish much scratchs on the GPU.
But when I said I saw scratched and smudges on the CPU cooler metal plate ([https://imgur.com/7tjamNJ](https://imgur.com/7tjamNJ)), I was scared that they have given me some used PC and if I get got some problems later, I will have a hard time with this shitty customer support. After this GPU drama, I went back to varle to return the PC.
# Now they are saying it would take upto 3 weeks for further inspection. I really dont get it. There was evidence that there was scratches, I sent back the PC withing 14 days of purchase. But [varle.lt](https://varle.lt) wouldn’t let me have my refund. They will take 3 weeks to process this request. Like man come on. With the GPU, it was my mistake that I did not inspect the “micro scratches” and I had to suck it up. But this scratches in the CPU plate is not enough for 14 days RMA?
Moreover, they are really bad in replying to emails. I have gotten zero replies when I enquired that GPU doesn’t fit, what should I do. I had to called them and ask. After knowing that the refund request has been denied, I tried to email them asking for photos and their report. I have gotten zero reply. That is why I went straight to the store everytime.
I think they are selling repacked items. Because Both the CPU and GPU for me came with scratches. I know for sure I did not handle GPU that hard. But I failed to inspect/take pictures when I got them. The CPU came with scratches luckily I noticed and took pictures.
I was checking the reviews in google maps people had similar experiences when it comes to RMA and customer service:
* [https://imgur.com/QLDh1CB](https://imgur.com/QLDh1CB) \- They keep getting away with not accepting 14 days return
* [https://imgur.com/qUkwVdb](https://imgur.com/qUkwVdb) \- unsatisfied and frustated customer.
* [https://imgur.com/u5JDUfm](https://imgur.com/u5JDUfm) \- He agrees that they sell defective products.
* [https://imgur.com/d5V1aoA](https://imgur.com/d5V1aoA) \- he was fed up that he charged back.
* [https://imgur.com/cP8OJdR](https://imgur.com/cP8OJdR) \- doesn’t matter if it is working/not working. The customer is not satisfied, the customer is eiligible to return the product in 14 days. [Varle.lt](https://Varle.lt) doesn’t care.
* [https://imgur.com/NIUY4Iv](https://imgur.com/NIUY4Iv) \- scratched product.
In trust pilot ([https://www.trustpilot.com/review/varle.lt](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/varle.lt)), there was just 5 reviews, but all 5 of them were bad.
I know I have hand picked the bad reviews. But my intention is that, such practices are happening and people need to know what they are getting into.

I will update once when I get some info on the RMA of the PC. But my precdiction is their “quality inspection experts” will find some way to put the blame on me and not take the PC back. Which I hope will not happen because this time, there was no dusty protection films for the PC, no scratches or anything.

So, I am interested to know what other expereienced with Varle.lt.

I never heard good things about them, I avoid them so much that I don’t even visit their website – I’m not even gonna look. But from what I gather they will use the flimsiest excuse not to do a refund or send a replacement if they delivered damaged goods.
