  1. At least this guy is open about it, while the others use their positions for personal gain without telling you. /s

It’s worded badly because it’s not written by a native English speaker, but what it means here is that Koulias’ reputation as MP allows them to make and cultivate connections (ie the people that he meets as an MP). It doesn’t actually mean that he leverages his political will to make things happen for his clients.

    Although whether he does it underneath the table or not is another thing entirely, but that’s not what’s written here.
