Is anyone in construction that might be able to give me a clear answer. we bought our home a year ago in the current state. You are looking at an addition our neighbors did before we bought the house to expand their kitchen.I want to know who is responsible to finish this. I will contact the commune to see if they can give any info as we don’t get a solid answer of our neighbors.
