Like, if i’m willing to pay extra to get a quicker test, how is this different then me paying someone to keep refreshing the NCT site for Arklow on certain dates?
The panic the NCT causes some people is something else, ‘quickly’ getting tests, getting ‘pre-tests’ and so on. AGS know there is a back log and once its actually booked and you have proof you will be fine, second point let the NCT tell you there is something wrong with the car.
