For anyone willing to translate (or just use google translate):
Persistent negative phenomena in relations between countries.
In the relations between the application of politics, individual communist parties to each other. Therefore, it is necessary to notice much more, not the consequences, but the causality of certain phenomena. Our Presidency of the Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia will be guided by this. The internal discipline that accompanied us in these days, the rejection of everything that is cheap and superficial, which could lead to the stirring up of harmful passions, or to the dramatization of misunderstandings should accompany us in the future as well. As internationalists, we must make sure that the solution to the problems surrounding the Warsaw letter is conducted in such a way that we everywhere have the idea that it is about the people of our friendly countries and communist parties.
It is really hard to translate that. Even for Slovak speaker is hard to fully understand complexity of his words.
