This is why I’m disappointed in Labour promising to relax and deregulate laws at the behest of property developers to ‘solve’ the housing crisis – there are some very dodgy people who get away with too much already – just build social housing and the market wouldn’t be so crazy in the first place. Property developers are getting stupidly rich at the expense of everyone else and consider themselves above the law.
