The hardest part about the current situation is how dogmatic fg/ff are when it comes to the private sector to fix the problem, if a goverment with as much revenue as we have was to declare a national building iniative i really think we’d be out of this mess

Is there a single city in Europe where the private rental market is *fixing* the housing crisis?
A big percentage of the private rental sector is funded by HAP, it’s like social housing lite (or shite). FF and FG really bought into neoliberalism when it came to social housing, it hasn’t worked.
