The lack of progress, given all the vast sums donated (more than several years of Russia’s entire defense budget) makes me wonder where all this money went.
And yes, if that line continues not to move despite the endless billions, an election or three might be lost.

Here’s what I think is going to happen: Biden is going to start at this $25, when it gets kicked over to Congress it’s going to go through a bunch of iterations and ultimately probably be more like in the $40 Billion Range. At least that’s what I hope happens.
