1. Is this just a classic scare tactic where we all throw a fit over the 20c hike then they only hike it up 10c and we all piss, moan and do nothing.

2. What I love is that whenever the price drops, people just assume that’s the “normal” level it should be at. And whenever it goes up it’s “fucking disgraceful”

   Yea, it sucks, but Even with the 20c jump, it’s way cheaper than it was last year.
