Do you also find google translate’s voice feature awful when translating from English to Slovak when in terms of saying complex sentences (not basic / travel related)?

For me, I’ve used it translating from Japanese to English or vice versa (voice feature) and it’s so awful as it never translates it properly, sometimes it’s not even the correct word at all, especially on words that bare multiple definitions as a LOT of the time it’s the wrong word not associated with the context I’m trying to use it.

For example, I was reading a passage relating to a book regarding WW2 mentioning about Midway, the rank 大将 was translated in the wrong context out of nowhere where it was mistranslated as an (Army) General when Nimitz was an 5 star (Naval) Admiral as he’s in the Navy, not in the Army. To rectify this, I had to recite the entire segment then add **海軍**大将 just to make it clear.

As of Akidearest’s (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFxajXTQWkE), she used google translate from Japanese to English interpreting dialog from anime, and she found it awful as most of the time it results in gibberish. To put it this way, have you used google translate from Slovak to English when translating spoken dialog especially if there is BGM from Slovak movies to English, is google’s results bad?

In hindsight, have you tried to translate using the speech feature from English to Slovak (Not basic or travel related dialog) If so, how bad are the results? How awful is it using this feature outside in a crowded space where it’s really noisy?
