The owner caters to deep-pocketed Russians and makes really subpar caviar, farmed in poor conditions and harvests by killing the sturgeon rather than modern “milking” methods. This is not legal in the EU, but he claims that as it’s an operation on private property for paying guests, he can do as he wishes. His smoked fish is okay. Otherwise if you don’t have a couple hundred euro to spend, pass.
