No it’s not connected, it’s a joke
I think it’s some kind of art installation.
But what drives me insane is this ridiculous need to put stickers on things like this. If you go to some of the most remote highland roads, there’ll be this one sign in the middle of nowhere full of stickers from some french adventure travel companies and whatnot.
