Has anyone tried and successfully revoled a fine arguing that the radar was up for check very soon?

  1. “Due soon” is a funny way of spelling “within its certification period”. No, you’re not going to be able to fight it on the grounds that the relevant certificate was valid.

    Are you saying you didn’t speed and that the radar was wrong? Or are you trying to get out of a fine you deserve?
