  1. Tip of the iceberg I think when it comes to long covid symptoms.

The amount of people I know who have back problems is well getting alarming. My self have suffered with inflammation of the lower back for the last year and I look after myself physically as in yoga, running, stretching several times a week, back strengthening and on top of that I’m a brickie. I Know how to look after my back and this year has been something else pain and stiffness wise. Nearly everyone I know in the past year has suffered with back pain of sorts young and old.

  2. Happens to my legs aswell but I’m sure it’s because I’m a fat cunt and nothing to do with COVID and I still manage to go to work every day.

  3. I wonder why so many comments have been removed in here…..

  4. I sometimes wonder if Covid or the vaccine were responsible for me developing CRPS, I guess I may never know. My leg (only one) goes red and my ankle/foot has gone purple from standing too long and in the beginning grew to at least twice it’s usual size.

Take vitamin C if you’re having an operation on a limb to reduce your chance of getting it.

  5. One of my friends who was fit as a horse and an avid runner gets winded nowadays walking down a flat street. People survived covid sure, but covid did a ton of damage we don’t understand yet.
