Hi, im doing an Aushilfe in Germany, but i get paid every month 30 or 20 euro less. I talked this with my Chef but they keep telling me its because of the extra hours i worked and rhey cant pay me 520 Euro which is minimum wage i should earn. They said they will pay me later, i seriously dont understand whats the reason, its annoying and i wanna quit. Maybe its not much money but i do my job really well and would like get paid fully. They paid me this month for 41, 66 hours. Even though i did overhours. Doesnt minijob 43 hours? And i shouldnt pay tax because its Minijob as i know. If anyone have any idea or any thoughts and experiences like this, i would be appreciate if you share with me. Thank you.

520€ is the maximum they can pay you, not your minimum. How many hours did you work in that month?
