Not a single upvote (my own was immediately nullified) on a decently written article about one of the darkest days in our history? It’s as if a certain brigade on here doesn’t want to face its past.
Its common knowledge who did it, they’ve been found liable in civil court. Most of them.seem to have passed on, and going by the mass turnout of respect at their funerals there’s a lot of people that sympathised with them.
Criminal trials for these types of things were always notoriously difficult particularly where there was a widely supported conspiracy.
Dark days of the troubles no one ever got prosecuted properly for the resllt horrific crimes
