I got a parking ticket but I am not sure if my translator app translated correctly.

Do I only need to pay 50zl when payed within 3 days or can I reduce the 260zl by 50zl when payed within 3 days?

It tells me to pay via bank transfer. But there is no IBAN and Bank on the paper. Where do I need to send to money to?

  2. It will be reduced to PLN 50 if you pay within three working days (Saturday and Sunday excluded), so if you got it on Friday, it looks like you have until Tuesday to pay.

    EDIT: and you are correct, there doesn’t seem to be a bank account number anywhere :). So you’d better send them an e-mail, or try calling them on the number they provided. But wait, what is the information that you blurred out? Because it looks like a bank account numer?

  3. These are complicated cases.

    For the first thing, it depends on particular parking place regulations.

    For the second thing, it depends on what evidence they have against you.

    For instance, I haven’t paid such ticket I was given last year’s July, because I believe that I was acting correctly. It has been over a year and they haven’t even contacted me since. Still, each case may be different.
