Drug addiction causes so much of the crime. From having children with parents addicted so the children have nowhere to go and get groomed by the gangs. Then you have people straight up addicted and act in completely violent ways. Drugs tend to be one of the root causes but lads walking around with 100+ convictions is also a major issue
Drug treatment should come with strong strong advocation for contraception usage.
