This article is written by [Luis Moreno Encampo](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luis_Moreno_Ocampo), who was the first prosecutor of the International Criminal Court with a mandate to establish the Office of the Prosecutor (of the ICC). It explains why and how the international community must act to stop Azerbaijan and save the indigenous Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh.
