  3. No we’re not. I don’t care how much you spend on rent, I don’t feel like proving up commercial property values when I’m struggling to balance a cost of living crisis. Who-betide the landlords and billionaires who have to stomach a reduction in their portfolio for a change.

  4. Nope! The power has shifted into the hands of the employees. You can either pay me what i deserve and i work how i like or you can spend months and £1000s in recruitment and then months in training.
