The amazing part is that in a city of almost four million people the rate of violence is so low, a pepper spray attack gets noticed. If this happened in the US, people would say “he only got sprayed? So what?”

Maybe don’t go around in a city full of Muslims wearing the military uniform of a nation currently perpetrating religious/ethic apartheid against an oppressed Muslim population.
