  3. I’m positive the government said a couple of years ago that they were taking the initiative with this problem.

    I’m positive last year, the government said they were giving the French people some money to help counter this problem.

    I’m positive this will show up as a manifesto promise at the next election.

  4. Serious question where are all these people going? Are they just sleeping on the streets?

    Also, would it be frowned upon to find an immigrant and pay them like 10 bucks a day for some gardening or cleaning?
