TL;DR – Bulgarias government was a coalition with some really pro-Russian Communists as a junior partner, but the pro-Western element of the Bulgarian Government managed to secretly ship massive amounts of fuel and ammo that was critical to Ukraine’s survival in the early days of the war before other Western nations took up the slack.
So mad props to Bulgaria for all the support they’ve given so far to Ukraine
