Just remember it can’t be solved overnight.
What this money will hopefully do is make sure that construction numbers don’t fall in response to rising interest rates, but we still have the same fundamental problem that there are not enough construction workers, and the ones we have are working flat out.
Who is going to build it tho? And what they will build?
