This is an experienced hire position too, so we have 18 people all with the required experience on paper to do the job, but we unfortunately do t have capacity or the time so will realistically only advance 3/4 max.

  1. How do you whittle it down from 18 to 4?

    Does the recruiter do screening calls or do you make a decision based on the CVs?
