I have been working for a company for about 8 months and quit 1 week ago, now I need to sign termination contract but it’s in Slovakian, can someone tell me if this is official termination contract and is everything as it should be here, I am asking because employer is a little bit sketchy.

The document says that your employment contract is being terminated with the end date of 31.07.23, and that you requested it.
It also says that you’re not entitled to any compensation related to the terms of your original employment contract – I assume this covers stuff like exit bonuses etc. Since you’re the one quitting this makes sense to me.
Based on the date of termination and you saying you quit last week I wouldn’t except to be paid for any work done past the 31st.
This is one of the 2 main ways employment can be terminated, specifically by “Agreement”. In this type of termination, almost anything goes, as long as both parties agree to it. Here you would agree that you have no claims against your employer.
The other main way is termination (either by the employer or employee). One of the differences would be that with a standard termination, there is usually a notice period, which would be 1 month in your case.
Since you mention that it was you who quit, I don’t presume that you would want the notice period to take effect. However, if you quit a week ago (7.8.2023) and the agreement lists the termination as 31.7.2023, it means that you likely won’t get paid for the firs week of August.
