  1. Excerpts:

Valerii Shaitanov, a former Major General of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after being found guilty of treason, an attempted act of terrorism, and possession of ammunition.

The prosecutors proved in court that he had collected information that was a state secret and passed it on to representatives of the Russian Federation.

  2. Interesting that this guy gets 12 years while passing state secrets as an ex general yet rando students and housewives get lifetime sentences for treason. Why is this guy getting cut some slack?

  3. These people found guilty of treason with documented evidence-when they get out of jail they, should be stripped of their citizenship and shipped to russia since they love it so much. Facial recognition so they cannot cross the border back into Ukraine later

  4. 12 years is BS. Hang him for Treason. You gotta make an example out of traitors especially if he had any hand at all in the deaths of Ukrainians.

  5. So we’re not doing hung, drawn and quartered anymore for treason?
