Fellow redditors – need urgent help. The door knob for one of my rooms door came off and I stupidly have ended up in this situation.
Not able to find anything online on how to open this door.
Not even able to open these two screws – it seems it has some mechanism on the other side of the door stopping it from opening..
Any pointers?

  2. If you have other similar doors, remove the handle from another one and use it to open this one.

    But do not close the second door, otherwise you will have two problems instead of one 🙂

  3. Call the landlord to rescue you? Crawl to the neighbors through the window?
